Menopause Wellbeing Day Comes to Sleaford – Join Us for Support, Inspiration, and Expert Advice
Are you, or someone you care about, navigating the menopause journey? This May, a special event in Sleaford is bringing together a wide range of experts, services, and supportive resources—all under one roof.
The Menopause Wellbeing Day will take place on Saturday 16th May, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at St Denys Church Room, Market Place, Sleaford (NG34 7SH). Best of all, there’s no need to book—just pop in and explore at your own pace.
What to Expect
This welcoming and informative event is designed to help you discover practical ways to support your wellbeing during menopause. You’ll have the opportunity to browse a variety of stands, pick up freebies, and connect with providers offering support in areas such as:
- Better sleep
- Mindfulness
- Herbal remedies
- Aromatherapy
- Hypnotherapy
- Massage
- Sound therapy
- Staying active
There will also be free health checks available, making it a great opportunity to check in on your overall wellbeing.
Expert Talks Throughout the Day
In addition to the exhibition stands, visitors can attend a series of 30-minute speaker sessions covering a range of menopause-related topics.
Elaine Mitchell from the Lincolnshire Sleep Hub will be speaking at 11:15am, sharing her expertise on sleep and how to improve rest during menopause—a key concern for many women. Elaine will also be available throughout the event with her own stand, so you can speak with her directly and learn more about the support available.
