Skegness Wellbeing to Sleep Well Event June 18th

May 28, 2026

Join the Lincolnshire Sleep Hub and The Sleep Charity to celebrate our success. As we support your sleep and wellbeing.

The Lincolnshire Sleep Hub funded by the National Lottery Community fund has been a huge success since the project started in 2024. We have worked at building a network of Sleep Talkers across the county, spoken at roadshows and local events and supported adults in Lincolnshire to achieve improved sleep. In celebration of the success we have achieved and in order to reach even more adults in the area we are hosting a fabulous event at Skegness conference centre The Storehouse.

We would love to invite the people of Lincolnshire to join our celebrations as we host a day with you in mind to support not only sleep but wellbeing.

Getting a good night’s sleep can be dependent on your daytime activities and habits.
At The Lincolnshire Sleep Hub, we will support you to look after your wellbeing and therefore achieve better sleep, improved mental health, and a healthier lifestyle overall.

We are delighted to support and host the upcoming Wellbeing to Sleep Well event — a free community experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and prioritise self-care
