The Lincolnshire Sleep Hub is available to stand at your event or exhibition to discuss the services we offer and answer any support needs or questions your attendees may have.
Supporting Wellbeing
Working holistically promoting nature and sound and general wellbeing to ensure a good night’s sleep. We will be offering peer support, outdoor activities, wellbeing events with experts from a host of wellbeing services. Exploring the connection between sleep and nature, sound and wellbeing and lots more.
Sleep Talkers
We are offering fully funded evidence-based training on our Sleep Talker CPD training course.
The course is for professionals and volunteers that support carers in their day-to-day role. Why carers? The numbers speak for themselves.
Once trained as a Sleep Talker you will be able to cascade the information to your peers and colleagues facilitating peer support and education to carers in the county. We also will hold an online peer support group every couple of months to keep you updated and supported.
